Warranty & Complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing customer firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.Questions or comments?
