Contact with sales team
We work with selected resellers and would like to get to know you first. Please email us at zakelijk@vandelftchocolates.nl or contact us via Whatsapp (bottom right of your screen) with a brief description of your business.
Create Account
Do you have approval from our sales team and haven't created an account yet? Then click here to sign up. After approval you can immediately start placing an order.
In your account you will find your chosen billing and delivery address under the heading 'Addresses'. If you would like to change these, click edit.
On the 'Orders' page you will find an order history and all associated invoices.
Placing an order
It is possible to order at the product level and box level.
Prices shown do not include VAT.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available on the reseller webshop:
iDeal, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) and bank transfer.
With a bank transfer, you will receive our account number and an automatically generated reference number in the payment process. With this data you can make a bank transfer.
Once payments are automatically registered, delivery is made.
Ordering on account is not possible.
Shipping Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We use the following graduated scale for this purpose:
0 - 20 kilos -> €12.50
20 - 40 pounds -> €10
40 - 60 pounds -> €7.50
60+ pounds -> FRANCO
You can also pick up an order under conditions. To do so, please contact zakelijk@vandelftchocolates.nl.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 12:00 are generally delivered the next business day. It may happen that busy PostNL or pallet carriers cause small delays.
Small orders (below pallet level) may possibly be processed until 11 p.m. in the evening, depending on how busy it is.
(Gift) packaging
Packaging materials and gift packs are sold in bundles of 25.
Marketing materials
On the media page you will find a link to a shared folder with images such as our logo and visuals for use on social media, for example. This folder will be continuously updated in the coming months. This material can only be used by Van Delft approved clients.
