Ordering and delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 are generally delivered within 48 hours. It may happen that busy PostNL or pallet carriers cause small delays.
Small orders (below pallet level) may possibly be processed until 11 p.m. in the evening, depending on how busy it is.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We use the following graduated scale for this purpose:
0 - 20 kilos -> €12.50
20 - 40 pounds -> €10
40 - 60 pounds -> €7.50
60+ pounds -> FRANCO
Can I also pick up my order?
It is possible to pick up a business order under certain conditions. Please contact us for this at zakelijk@vandelftchocolates.nl.
Can I also order on account?
Unfortunately, ordering on account is not possible.
Should I consider a minimum order in my order?
No, we do not have a minimum order. However, we do use a graduated scale for shipping costs.

Do your products fit through the mailbox?
Unfortunately, none of our products fit through the mailbox. Even the smallest bag of 200 grams of Natural Peppernuts does not fit through the mailbox.
